Camp Tuckahoe Resident Day Camp
REMINDERS:

• May 1st is the deadline for scout payments in order to receive the discount.
• May 1st is also the deadline to submit Campership Applications. Remember, this is to request 1/2 of the scout's fee to attend camp. Please encourage people who need this assistance to please submit it. It is confidential (they submit the form themselves, not through the pack but it does need the Unit Leader's signature). Remember - we want EVERY boy to be able to attend summer camp!

Medical Forms needed:

Webelos Resident Camp

Scouts and Adults under 40 need a Class 2 medical form (doctor must complete) - good for 3 years
Adults 40 and over- Class 3 - (doctor must complete) - good for 1 year

Cub Resident Camp, Webelos Weekend  (Class 1 required for all)

Don’t let parents forget about medical forms! If a child has had a physical within the past year, a doctor will usually allow you to drop off the form and will complete it. However, it is best to check with your child's doctor to be sure. Please don't wait until the last minute!
